Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return the order within 10 calendar days of receiving it.

For a return to be eligible:

  • The product should be unwashed, unused, and in the original condition you received it in.
  • It should be in its original packaging with tags and accessories still attached (if it has any).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene purposes, some products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Used personal grooming products (e.g., razors, shavers, epilators, used IPL devices).
  • Products labeled as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product description page.
  • Gift cards or downloadable computer programs.

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary. We will send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Customers are required to pay the return shipping on items, unless the item is defective or wrong. We suggest you use a traceable shipping method since we cannot ensure your return receipt.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If damaged, defective, or incorrect item arrives, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery. We will organize replacement or full refund at no extra charge to you.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved or not.
Refunds approved will be credited to your original payment method in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable except for defective or incorrect products.

6. Exchanges

We do not provide immediate exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original product and make a new order.
